WHAT DOES THE RATE INCLUDE?

The rates we offer include American breakfast and lodging. In addition, each hotel has various facilities such as wireless Internet, contact with tour operators and taxi companies; among others (see full information in the section of each hotel).

CAN I CANCEL OR MODIFY MY RESERVATION?

Bamboo Lodge hotels have a return policy if the reservation is canceled:

  • 80% of the amount prepaid for cancellation of reservations with 45 days in advance.
  • 50% of the amount prepaid for cancellation of reservations with 30-44 days in advance.
  • 20% of the amount prepaid for cancellation of reservations with 15-29 days of anticipation.
  • 0% of the amount prepaid for cancellation of reservations with less than 14 days in advance.

To modify a reservation please contact us as soon as possible.

HOW DO I KNOW IF MY RESERVATION WAS SUCCESSFUL?

For a reservation to be considered valid, you will receive a confirmation email from the hotel. If you do not, please contact us.

WHAT IS THE TIME FOR CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT?

Bamboo Lodge Zorritos: check in 15:00 hours, check out 11:30 hours.
Bamboo Lodge Paracas: check in 12:30 hours, check out 11:00 hours.

DO YOU OFFER MOBILITY SERVICES FOR THE AIRPORT / TERRAPUERTO?

We have alliances with taxi companies for all types of transfers. If you require this service please let us know.

WHAT DOCUMENTATION SHOULD I SUBMIT AT CHECK IN?

Peruvian guests must present their DNI, foreign guests must present their passport.

IS IT POSSIBLE TO REQUEST ADDITIONAL BEDS?

Yes, but this will depend on the availability of each hotel and the space of each room.

CAN THE HOTEL PREPARE SPECIAL DIETS?

At the request of the client we prepare special diets, previous coordination.

CAN I PAY THE RESERVATIONS OR CONSUMPTION IN THE RESTAURANT IN FOREIGN CURRENCY?

The hotel only accepts payments in national currency (soles) and we have POS VISA so that you can make them through a credit or debit card.
